Payment Options: how we can accept your payment

Gray & Co. accepts a number of payment options, although most clients with bank accounts in Panama pay by ACH, as this is the easiest payment method.

If you are overseas, then you will probably be interested in the credit card payment options, although we are restricted to Visa or Mastercard.

• Mastercard

We are not able to accept AMEX payments.

Please note that you will be asked to complete a form, which you can then email to us with the authorisation to charge your card. If you are not comfortable sending this by email, you may also CALL our office or come to the office to pay in person.

We are required by our bank to have a copy of your credit card on file if you do not come in person to the office to pay. We are also required to check your signature against a formal ID – such as a passport or drivers’ license. These special measures are to combat credit card fraud.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept cheques from other jurisdictions, because they take 6-8 weeks to clear through the banking system in Panama.
