Payment of Panama Annual Renewal Fees

Incorporation Date: January 1 - June 30 July 1 - December 31
Renewal Fee Due Before: June 30 December 31
$50.00 Late Fee If paid June 31-Dec 31 If paid January 1-June 30
$300.00 Penalty If Struck Off If Struck Off
Struck Off January 1 of next year July 1 of next year

There is also a $300.00 penalty for every 2nd year of being struck off. 

Example of Calculation (of Government Fees, late fees and Penalty): 

If your company was incorporated in January 2005 and you have not paid the last few years of fees, this would be what is due:
